When does my item(s) ship?
Typically 2 - 14 days after the order is placed.  As soon as you place your order, you will receive an order confirmation email.  This means that we have received your order in our system and pre-authorized your credit card for the purchase.  Please refer to our "Shipping & Returns" page for full details.

COVID has created delays in the suppliers shipping process and as much will delay shipping times.  In most cases, the average order is shipped within 2 days if it is in stock but we will notify you before accepting payment of the items availability.

What is the warranty policy?
Each one of our products is backed by their original equipment manufacturers warranty policy as per below.

Ascaso - 2 Year Parts & Labour + 5 Year on the Thermoblock/Boiler System

Solis - 1 Year Parts & Labour

La Marzocco - 1 Year Parts & Labour

Keurig - 1 Year Parts & Labour

Jura - 2 Year Parts & Labour

What if my machine arrives damaged?
Please inspect the packaging of your item(s) when they arrive, if you notice any damage you should make note of it when signing for delivery.  If your item(s) do arrive damaged, please send photos to returns@mybeanmachine.com

If I need my machine serviced where do I go?
We have a service network setup across Canada through our suppliers to help our customers service or repair their bean machines.  Each one of our brands is serviced by a 2nd party company just email sales@mybeanmachine.com with your make/model and original invoice and we will help direct you to the right service team.

How do I cancel my order and get a refund?

Email sales@mybeanmachine.com with your confirmation number and please refer to our "Refund Policy" page for full details.

All orders canceled after 48 hours are subject to a $20 administration fee, whether or not your order has shipped.  If your order has shipped, you (the buyer) will also be responsible for actual return shipping charges. Refunds will only be issued to the original credit card that you use when placing your order.

How does the price match guarantee work?
We offer a Price Match Guarantee on some of our products.  Please see the "Price Match Guarantee" page for full details because there are some limitations. If you find another online store that offers a lower price then was within 6 months of your purchase date please let us know and we will refund your original payment for the difference.
